Facilities were bad.. no towel, no dustbin in the room, no drinking facilities, poor bathroom without any accessories, have TV but not functional, call for assistance but no one is coming.

the smell of the air conditioner, no soap or electric kettle provide and there were no water supply out of sudden, we need to check for local updates about the water shortage.

location very strategic stay in town and nearest with everything like jetty marang,restaurant, and bank.

No wifi, cockroach in room, room needs renovation.

The room is full of cobweb, and there is a hole on the ceiling. The wardrobe also broken. And there is no toilet paper, no shampoo provided. The worst part is the air-conditioner, too noisy.

Dirty houses. A lot of mosquitos. There’s even spider web inside the house and also cockroach inside the house.
