Everything was spot on

On June 18th, I made a reservation for NB Boutique, accommodation located in Tuzla. At the time of booking, it was specified that payment would be made upon arrival at the property, and the check-in time starts at 3 PM. On June 21st, I was called by the property to confirm the reservation, and I confirmed, also asking for details about the payment method. It was clearly specified to me that payment would be made in cash upon arrival without the need for an advance or anything else. On Sunday, June 21st, we arrived near the property, at which point I was called at 12:40 PM to be informed that the reservation was canceled because it was not confirmed, although I had confirmed it by phone on June 21st and asked about the payment for the accommodation. When I was called on June 23rd to be told that we no longer have a reservation, the host was extremely rude, saying that he does not care and that he gave the accommodation to another person without canceling the reservation on Booking, which can be seen on Booking because the reservation is not canceled. When I asked what I could do in this situation where I was left without accommodation after driving more than 250 kilometers, the host told me he does not care and started speaking very rudely, saying that Booking is just a presentation site for him and the reservations from there have no relevance. I would like measures to be taken in this case.

The sernity of the place, peace and quite. If you are looking for that, than this is the place. If you are looking the hustle and bustle of souvenir shops, restaurants and nightlife, than Tuzla overall is not for this! Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves here, everything was to our liking
