- great location - friendly staff

- poor variety of food and it takes ages to be served (waited over an hour for some grilled chicken and fries) - thick dust and spider webs over the air vent in the bathroom. when turned on, in brought in cigarette smoke (probably from other guests that were smoking in the bathroom since there is no smoke sensor there) - we were told the boat trip would be at 11, we waited 45 minutes and the gentleman who was supposed to take us was still not there so we gave up - when we used the shower, the water literally filled the floor of the bathroom and would have reached the bedroom if it wasn’t for the small step between them. and it didn’t go away so we had to throw towels in to soak up the water so we could still use the bathroom - on the day we arrived, the water to the toilet was switched off, so we switched it back on. on the last day, the toilet stopped working completely
