Хорошее новое здание. Доброжелательный персонал.

Отель находится на возвышении (местность гористая), но все дороги на подъем/спуск ведущие на улицу с отелем в процессе ремонта. Ездить по таким дорогам, тем кто привык к хорошему асфальтовому покрытию, не приятно. Это не вина отеля, но полагаю, следует учитывать.

Очень уютный отель. Хорошее расположение: центр рядом, но в стороне от шума и с прекрасным видом на Казбек. Везде чисто, много цветов, обставлено все с душой. В номере и на кухне есть все необходимое. Одеяла, подушки очень удобные, хорошо спится. Хозяева очень заботливые.
