التأخير في استلام الغرفة + سوء استقبال الموظف + لم اجد مناديل في الغرفة ولا شاشة تلفاز ولا ماء ولا حتى منشفه

Not satisfied with the service

Check in time was 4-5pm 21march . We reached there at 12:am 22 march , i have already book this hotel long ago, yet they say there was no room available. Despite of booking earlier . It took them to clean and setup the room 1 1/2 hr . Thankfully the staff was good upon complaining they manage to do it earlier. But very much disappointed with room.

Washroom was not clean , bad smell , no tissue paper, no soap , no garbage bin . All and all it was a bad experience. A/c was very noisy. Couldn't sleep properly, also it the booking showed me it was a full room with onther electronics , and kitchen and sofa.. but here there was nothing

Only location good.

Washroom not cleaned and no mirror and big tiles in center of washroom. Most of charging socket not working properly.
