Spacious room with a sofa and a wardrobe. The shower is fine and the bed is also okay. No high expectations for this price and so it was just totally okay. The hotel is in a quiet place at the end of a neighbourhood. As a result, we had no nuisance of noise from outside. There is also good light shading/curtains. The accommodation is a few minutes' drive from a busier street, where there are many eateries.

On arrival, it was a bit weird. My partner and I had booked a room with 2 single beds, but were shown a room with a double bed and another extra bed next to it (for 3 people). We could cancel our booking and book that room. We had no need to do that, the room we had booked was fine. After this, the host showed me (as a woman alone) a room with king-size bed and wanted me in that room. He spoke only Arabic, but made some suggestions and winked at me. I don't know exactly what he meant by it, but it didn't feel comfortable. Anyway, he was bold by sitting on our beds. Towels were not in the room. When we asked for one, we were given a disposable towel. Also not something you expect in a hotel, but apparently towels are often not given in Saudi Arabia. The air conditioning works, but is incredibly loud. We therefore left it off while sleeping, but then it does get very hot in the room.
