Facility was relatively nice and new.

Terrible approach of the host/receptionist - stated time for arrival was stated between 16:00-18:00, we arrived slightly before 18:00 but the apartment was not ready. We were told to come back in 1 hour but that still wasn´t enough and we had to wait outside until the host gave us a message (around 20:00). So on the third try we finally got the apartment but the bed sheets still weren´t there! At 22:00 the receptionist told us it will take another hour until they arrive which obviously wasn´t true and at the end the beds were ready after midnight (at 0:14). We asked the receptionist for a discount because of these complications but he only laughed at us and told us we can go to find another apartment if we don´t pay the full price. Even more, without a word he kept the change afterwards. Cannot recommend and will complain at booking.com Customer Service.

location is fine, the main point is with the price being offered for these many rooms, washrooms etc , its pretty good. the more sugar u put , the more sweet it gets simple ::)

cleanliness needs bit improvements , in washrooms, kitchen and tv room mattresses , if this thing improved overall not a bad place
