The apartment was infested with cockroches. My son was cooking breakfast and it fell from the cooker extraction. He was traumatised. The best control came and opened the extraction pipe and it was full. We have been cooking and eating cockroches from the fan slicing. After the pest control left we could hear cockroches running in the ceiling and started coming out from the toilet extractor fan, by the way it was fake. Just a hole no extractor fan. My kids run out of the apartment and i collected the clothes and our staff. After the property management arrived and seen it himself. He couldn't do anything the problem is biger and he he was shocked. I can carry on but it ruined my holiday i have to look for another property, is not easy i had to hire a car. I slept in the car. And hope i can find somewhere to spen the rest of my holiday. Booking.com im very disappointed with the support i didn't get as i treated to get from you. I am very sad.

The property was nice and newly renovated thats why i choose it and it had Booking.com approval mark, but it failed to check

The apartments are very conveniently located, just a three-minute walk to the beach. It was very clean. They responded to all questions promptly. There is a store and restaurants nearby.

Everything was great, no complaints about the apartments or the company.

The apartment is the same as on the pictures. We have expanded a sofa-bed and have noticed that the sofa-bed is covered with a bread crumbs. I asked the host on the morning to clean the sofa-bed and provide for us additional linen. At lunch time a cleaner came to us and clean what we asked. We were happy with that. A clear explanation how to check in. I have paid a deposit before a check in and I got the full deposit back 9 days after a check out. The apartment renovation is good. The kitchen is fully equipped: a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a fridge. Two air conditioners are in the bedroom and in the kitchen. The shower is excellent, good a water pressure and hot. I was with my 2 years old daughter and husband, the apartment suits for the family.

There is a main entrance. When we came to the main entrance we needed to open a lock box to get a key. We could not do it because the lock box was in a glue and we could not turn the numbers. My husband jumped through a fence because our check in time was around a midnight and nobody answered the phone to help us. But a lox box near the apartment was ok, my husband could get a key easily. A cleanliness could be better.

The apartment was lovely and very clean and had everything we needed and was in a great location. I would recommend this apartment.

The only downside is that there was building work going on at the building behind the apartment and we were woken up every morning to the sound of drilling, but as we were out all day it wasn't a major issue.

The location is super, 100m to the perfect beach. Very nice and comfortable apartment with big kitchen, good tv, balcony and very nice interior. Internet is bit slow, as it is on sim card.

Lovely apartment. Had great facilities and furnishings. Perfect location near the beach and easy to access both the old and new town of Albufeira. Alex was on hand when I had a problem and was extremely helpful!

The accommodation was very clean and provided all facilities. The location was perfect. It was an amazing stay!

We would’ve liked to have had more basic commodities such as soup and washing up liquid for the sink etc. for the first night at least.
