Elegant rooms and hallways

Bathroom hygiene with mold in bathtub, bathroom sink that splashing, slow reception and room not ready even 2-3 hours after usual checkin time, unable to get in the hotel at midnight as the key didn’t worker to unlock to front door and no receptionist available, as well not responding to the phone calls.
