Расположение отеля шикарное, рядом Байтерек, во дворе березы, кафе, супермаркет неподалеку. В номере было очень чисто.

Интернет зависал и каналов на тв мало.

We had a wonderful experience at this property, perfectly located just steps from the iconic Bayterek Tower. From the moment we arrived—very early in the morning—the staff went above and beyond, arranging a smooth airport transfer and greeting us with genuine warmth and a smile that set the tone for our stay. Our room was huge and spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. Our stay in Astana exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!

There was nothing at all we did not like, other than we wish our visit could have been longer!
