Devo dare un punteggio basso per due cose: Per prima cosa bisogna farsi 4 piani di scale senza ascensore (cosa che nell’ annuncio non c’è scritto) In secondo nell annuncio c’è la presenza di un balcone ma che in realtà non esiste perché integrato del soggiorno ed è vietato fumare

Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch das Stadtzentrum sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat alles funktioniert.

Die Küche könnte mal einen neuen Wasserkocher brauchen. Der vorhandene braucht eine Ewigkeit um Wasser zum Kochen zu bringen.
