A tisztaság, rendezettség. Nagy udvar. A kiülési lehetőség a teraszon. Biztonságosnak ítélt zárt parkoló.

Szerintünk nagyon rossz volt, hogy az ott megszálló vendégek részére nincs egy állandó elérhető hűtő, mikro,illetve konyharész, amit bármikor személyzet nélkül is használhatnánk. Ezek a dolgok csak bizonyos előre megbeszélt időpontban elérhetőek. Ez csalódás volt. A szoba fürdőszoba részében nem működik a "bűzelzáró", ebből kifolyólag csatornaszag volt.
