"grandma's apartment"

Parking place available, helpful neighbours, spacious apartment, hot water. Quick communication with host.

Very old furniture ("leftover from grand mother"), dirty (it was no pleasure to use kitchen and bathroom), unhygienic carpets even in kitchen. Over all uncomfortable atmosphere.
