The staff was very nice and friendly,the room was very clean,the swimming pool was perfect for a hot day!!

The size of the room and bathroom,both were small in my opinion.

Amazing location! Absolutely everything about this place is great! The pool is amazing, the food is delicious and very nice served, the staff is very friendly and nice - always happy to help you! Nice breakfast and the coffee is the best! I want to thank to the whole team for making our stay at Trei Pini a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely get back next year!

Food and cleanliness

I like that they had a pool

It was disappointing. The location is in a small city which seems to be a village so you must have a car because you cant find uber in that area and you need to order a taxi from another city. The room wasn’t very clean i found small things as hair on the bed and dead flies in the bathroom. No shampoo, i had 2 conditioners and 2 shower gels. During our stay the cleaner only changed the towels, without cleaning the bathroom, the room or to hoover. The breakfast was poorly, not too many choices. The food wasnt keep according to the health regulations. No cover on top of the food, so the cheese and ham dried 🙃 The hotel has a pool, which is nice but its not included in the price of the room so be ready to pay extra. The price is different depending on the day of the week and how busy it is.
