Amazing hosts who thought of everything for our stay and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Beautiful pool and home. It was great having laundry facilities on site.

We were confused about the gym (information booklet said there was a gym at one of the other properties that the host owned). We thought we had access but it was just for those staying at that particular property. Perhaps the gym information could be removed from this particular property’s information booklet. The location was also a little hard to find but Paul was easy to reach and made sure we got to where we needed.

The walk way to the villa was magical.

We were met at the property given the keys and shown around. We were shown how the air conditioning, cooker and TV worked. The Villa is excellent, comfy with great facilities, very private pool and outdoor area all of which was kept spotlessly clean. Paul was absolutely amazing always available via WhatsApp nothing was to much trouble. Paul organised taxis and trips all with pick up from the Villa and gave great information about places to see, eat and drink in the local area. Could NOT have asked for a better host, all our thanks again Paul!

This villa was exactly what we expected and a bit more. It is comfortable, very clean and perfect for 3 couples. The communication with the host Paul was very easy and quick and we got help for booking scooters that were delivered to us at the property. It is useful to have your own transport, it only take 10-15 min bu scooter to be at the beach, much less to get to the first restaurants and services. We just happened to only be for 2 days but this is definitely a place where you could stay your all holiday, as there is enough space, including storage space, living room & dining area. We especially enjoyed the little pool for cooling down and the shadowed terrace where we had breakfast and played board games.

Location! Nestled in amongst sensational greenery. There is a divine local presence of food stalls and community close by. Architecture! The villa is beautifully designed with some nice built in features. So nice to have two bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. A lot of well thought about extras like washing powder, clothes drying racks, coat hangers etc. Host will assist you with getting around. Locals tuk tuks and Uber can access it easily. Grab is great, it’s the Uber there, and will deliver food to the door.

6thb per unit of electricity is expensive. My friend and I stayed 5 nights. We did our washing in the machine, our bedroom and the dining aircons were not on all the time and we were not using spa pool bubbles constantly. I did get excited at all the ways the villa could be lit up with the selection of lights available though…we paid $170AUD. That’s a few months worth of electricity in Australia. Also, Paul is wanting to sell the villa. He is quite vocal and was sending out written documentation about it which was never requested. Since we are there to holiday it felt pushy him bringing it up repeatedly. It’s not in the booking.com but the pool may also need to be cleaned whilst you are there and he will pop over to do this when it suits you. It gets done weekly. He will be in touch via WhatsApp. He did it when suited us. It’s nice it is maintained just be aware this will cost you electricity.

I am writing to highly recommend Mr. Paul and his villa in Karabi, near Ohnang Beach. We stayed at the villa for almost a week in July 2023, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa is beautifully located in a quiet, secluded area, just a short way from the beach. The property is spacious and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are large and airy, and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a nice dining area that can comfortably seat up to 6 people. The living area with a great view is perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The highlight of the villa, however, is the swimming pool. It is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We spent hours swimming, lounging in the sun, and playing games in the pool under the rain. It was the perfect way to cool off and relax after a day of exploring. Mr. Paul was an excellent host. He was very welcoming and helpful, and he went out of his way to make sure we had a enjoyable stay. He provided us with a detailed welcome pack, which included information about the area. He even gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would highly recommend Mr. Paul's villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Krabi. It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the beauty of the Thai coast.

Host was very friendly and knowledgeable who made us feel extremey welcomed! He was able to provide contacts for services such as tours, tuktuk, taxi to the airport and masseuse who would come to the villa. These services were also very affordable that we did not bother to compare the rates with others. Paul really went the extra mile to ensure that our trip was smooth and stress-free! Villa had everything we needed, including a kitchen, washing machine. The villa was not the newest or grandest, but it was very comfortable. One thing to note is that you need to pay for use of electricity for your stay, as mentioned upfront in the listing. For reference, we stayed for 3 days (4D3N trip with 5 guests) and our electricity bill was about 230Baht/day.
