Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Schön, dass es kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus gibt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut.
Die Enge und der Platzmangel beim Frühstück. Die Fahrradständer sollten befestigt werden, damit sie nicht beliebig verschoben werden können und die Fahrräder umfallen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, umfangreich und alles frisch. Die Lage ist optimal im Westen von Kühlungsborn gelegen, hier ist es mit den Touristen nicht ganz so voll. Strand schnell erreichbar, ebenso alle Geschäfte und Restaurants.
Wlan hat leider nicht funktioniert, störte es bei des wenigen Tagen unseres Aufenthalts aber nicht.

Die Lage in Strandnähe und zur Promenade ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind wie das ganze Haus sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und die Servicekraft ist freundlich und aktiv. Der Frühstücksraum ist baulich bedingt etwas schmal.
Der TV Empfang ist im Haus möglicherweise unterschiedlich. In der mittleren Etage jedenfalls zeitweise gar nicht möglich. Das Signal ist zu schwach. Da es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt, ist es besser sein Gepäck nicht in einen Koffer zu packen.
