Raphael Apartment North Bucharest Cosmopolis

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în acest apartament. Totul a fost curat, bine întreținut și exact ca în poze. Apartamentul este complet utilat, nu ne-a lipsit nimic pe durata șederii. Proprietarul a fost foarte amabil și comunicativ, ne-a oferit toate informațiile de care aveam nevoie. Recomand cu încredere și cu siguranță aș reveni!

The owner of the apartment had a nasty and annoying comment and message for us at night and she promised that we could always text her if anything was wrong! We could hardly sleep because the apartment was too hot. We were promised a new remote control on day one, but when we left, no remote control arrived or anything was heard from this woman except that we were a nuisance and we should have cancelled immediately, let alone left with no money and no accommodation. There was also no washing line and a very bad smell from the washing machine, two TVs and only one remote control that didn't work for the main TV, and there was one pot and one useless pan, and no knife, and very disorganized in the cutlery drawer. We are very, very unhappy and very angry and hurt. It's not worth it. This woman should behave like this with tenants. It's a shame. I urge everyone who has rented there to tell me about their experience. The internet was also always down. We got answers from Vodafone that it was because she owed them a few bills, and then a big note was put on the door saying she was in arrears. the municipality or the services in the area and if payment was not made, all services would be shut down and this shit up the air the fall down in mid night and we wake up in hurry this is shit hole and the owner is bad person

Exceptional location, very hard to find something like this, very impressed with everything.
