Location and comfortable beds. Very clean.

Not enough chairs for more than 2 persons; it is just a space for sleeping and taking a shower as it does not have a place to wash a plate or a glass but the bathroom sink; It needs a handbook to be sure that the guests unfamiliar with the heater know how to use it; let the people know that there are a set of steep stairs to get to the apartment.
