"Clean and modern, but no AC."

The host was very kind and helpful. The accommodation had a big room, beautifully-decorated bathroom and it was located walking distance from the station.

We have reserved this room specifically for the airconditioning mentioned in the list of facilities, however when we arrived at the location, we learnt that that there isn't any AC. The host said that it was registered incorrectly on booking. I would have expected to be informed about this in advance, something like "Booking says there is AC, but we don't actually have one, are you sure you still want to stay here?". We opened the windows, but the area is extremely noisy with cars, so for sleeping that was not an option. Also, we had the room close to the garden and we heard the music from the garden too much.
