KennedyLux Apartment

It was easy to find.

The public parking is overcrowded, so it takes a lot of time to find a space. The stay is not actually an apartment but adapted previos shop of some kind so security is a bit of issue.

The bed is comfortable. Wi-fi works great.

The apartment is actually not an apartment, but a converted street shop-space. The entrance is a glass door covered in foil, and the colorful shower glass wall you see in the pictures is a foil covered glass shop window. The air is very stuffy, and the ceiling, walls and floors are moldy. The jacuzzi tub (not that I wanted to use it anyways) was full of somebody's shaved hair. The shower is moldy as well. Bathroom sink is (literally broken and) falling apart and moldy as well. The jacuzzi and bathroom small windows overlook a public passage way, but have been covered by a huge banner from the outside. What is stated as the "kitchenette" is a couple of glasses and a hotel mini-fridge, bottle opener and a bottle opener. No sink, no dishes, nothing. There is a broken down hi-fi system. I assume it was a modern-good looking apartment when it got into the business, and nothing has been done since. Overall, this place is a gut-job, literally everything needs to be redone, from the ground up. nowhere close to what's being advertised. It looks and feels sketchy and dirty. The property handler did not even care to initiate contact with me, but rather waited that I call them and ask how the check-in goes, where to leave the money, etc.

The location was excellent, and the price of the stay was okay. The apartment is pet-friendly which is great.

Towels could be softer and newer. Although the room was warm, the floor tiles were extremely cold. The hair dryer didn't work well.
