"A very nice and charming chalet in a wonderful and convenient location"

The appartment is super cosy, the location is amazing, in a very quiet area with a wonderful view. The ski slope is 2min away from the appartment and you can ski back right in front of the the ski locker!

Could ski back to the property from the Saslong piste. Good boot room and ski storage. Nice rooms, good kitchen, large living rooms. Lovely hosts.

Only very minor issues, would not stop me staying there again: ...Little bit of a 3 minute trek uphill to join the piste in the morning. ...Slightly out of town, would need to drive or take the bus if you wanted to eat out in the evening.

"Perfect place"

The villa is located on a hill about 15 minutes uphill walk from the center of Selva. We had one of the lower apartments, which allows you to walk right out of the door onto a well-kept lawn and enjoy it. The courtyard offers a beautiful view of Sassolungo. In the apartment we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, two bathrooms. The accommodation is very beautiful and full of small details that adorn it at every step. All recommendations!

Amazing location, walking distance to the local town that has everything. We went mountain biking or hiking every day and enjoyed the views every evening.

Everything was excellent! Comfortable, well equipped apartment with a great view to Sassolungo. Nice garden and terrace. The free S眉dtirol Guest Pass was a kind surprise and very useful!
