Nice place, the location looks new and so the furniture, location close to center.

Cleaning needs big improvement - lots of spiderwebs, the sheets did not look that clean and some towels had cigar smell.

Location is 10 mins walking distance to old city center. House with 2 rooms with own bathroom and a shared kitchen- appropriate if you book the entire place

Could benefit from professional cleaning services (bad smell of bedsheets, pillows and towels).

Central location, relatively clean and in a quiet area. 5 mins away from a Lidl, some nice restaurants close by

We were very disappointed by this property and find it hard to say anything positive about it - except there was a basket with games for children. In theory an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom should count as a positive, but since the lighting in one of the bathrooms didn't work (and wasn't fixed when we mentioned it), it was more of an inconvenience rather than a plus. The price of this property may be a little lower than others, but I can't even say "you get what you pay for".

1. The location is on a small dead-end street with limited parking. The space indicated by the host was occupied when we arrived and we had to park elsewhere. 2. The property is behind a fence at the end of a narrow courtyard shared with 2 other properties. 3. There is no living room. A tiny kitchen and narrow adjacent dining area. A bedroom has no window on the outside, only toward the kitchen/dining. 4. Overall the place is quite dark, not much natural light, even in the second bedroom that has a window directly on the narrow courtyard that is adjacent to the neighbouring house. 5. The light in the second en-suite bathroom doesn't work properly (a false contact makes it work 1 time out of 5), making that bathroom, basically unusable. 6. The internet is extremely slow (no more than a couple Mbps at the very best, often 2-400 Kbps). The host basically washed their hands saying it's not up to them and that we were the only ones ever complaining about that, which I doubt. 7. The cupboard doors and drawers in the kitchen don't fit well and are troublesome to operate. The drawers of the night tables in the bedrooms are loose and wobbly. 8. The small wardrobe in the bedroom with the TV is unstable and unusable. It was held up by a small foldable spare bed. Another small foldable spare bed takes space in the other bedroom, perhaps what would add to the capacity of 6 (a joke). The host suggested that they remove those useless spare beds, but it was too much trouble for us. 9. The heating wasn't working when we arrived and the thermostat was placed next to the ceiling on a (loosely fixed) corner shelf in the hallway, pretty much hidden from view. Then the heating was off again due to gas works on the street... 10. Last but not least, damp mouldy smell everywhere - which might explain why there were 11 (ineffective) fragrance devices spread all over the apartment (!!)

Delicious bfast! Super yummy and lots of options. Get the omelet :) Wonderful experience, clean and in the perfect location. I loved it. Def recommend.

Coffee refills/tea refills needed to be done.
