Predoi's Place

The apartment is as presented on Booking, all pictures are real, actually the flat is bigger that it seems 😊. We received a message from the owner with all necessary check in details, very easy and fast. The three bedrooms makes it ideal for 6 persons visiting the city. And the 2 bathrooms are great, just perfect for so much people. The apartment is very big, spacious, very clean, towels and personal hygiene items (shower gel, shampoo) were provided. The kitchen has a microwave, a fridge and dishes/glasses/cutlery. The area is very quiet, a one-way street is passing in front of the building, however is not crowded. A parking space is available in front of the building, in the court yard. We were here in November and the apartment was warm and hot water was always available. Location, location, location 😊! The location is fantastic, few minutes to city center, close to restaurants and stores, nearby the cable car going up to Cota 1400. A big thank you to the owner, always available and helpful. For sure we will stay here again, when returning to Sinaia 😊.

We visited in summer and there are no A/Cs. Opening the windows helped us to sleep better.

One of the most perfect accommodation in my booking experience. If it could be possible I'll give 12 points. Location, living area, offer, equipment, etc and the most important - holders attitude and support - not intrusive, but at the same time supportive on all issues of being in this country. Excellent communication.

Big apartment, clean, well equipped, fully furnished with bedding and towels, all consumables are there to use, in a central location yet very quiet area including the street. The host always responsive and helpful although we did not need much help. There are 4 TV sets with lots of tv channels. Internet is strong and stable.

There was nothing that we did not like. Some might argue that the apartment is not modern however all the furniture is in perfect shape and serves all the purpose.

Sinaia is a wonderful place to stay and the location in town is very good. The flat is huge and all bedrooms are a great size. The host was welcoming, responsive, and did what they could to help with the parking situation (see below)

Parking was frustrating. The spot that is included was often blocked on street by construction crew (the house across the street is under construction) or tree trimmers, and apparently the neighbors sometimes park in it. Separately, the city was repaving and so the entire street was blocked for 36 hours. I ended up paying to park in a municipal lot for almost my entire stay. None of this is the host's fault of course but it certainly impacted me. I stayed in a July heatwave and while it is much cooler in the mountains the flat was a little warm and does not have A/C nor fans. Windows help but have no screens. I imagine this is not an issue most of the year.

We liked that it was specious. Perfect location.
