The apartment is very cozy, nicely furnished and has all that one needs for a short visit. The owner is very kind and available to provide help and hints throughout the city. She made our stay even nicer. Very very pleasant experience. Next time I go to Novi Sad I will definitely stay again here..

Location

It’s started from the deposit for the apartment old windows, which was not written anywhere. Nobody else has ever taken a deposit for short-term rent in Serbia. Then I found 2 huge cockroaches next to the bed. Third, I received the message to close the windows because of the wind or they might fall out and I risk the deposit .The windows were so old and lousy I just closed them hoping they not turn into dust and never opened again to ensure the return the deposit. On the day of check-out nobody showed up, so I had to write and call many times to return the deposit which should have not been taken in the first place.

Well equipped small studio in a peaceful building one block away from the main walking Promenade of the City.

Everything was perfect.

We were staying for 2 weeks and liked everything about this apartment! It was very cozy, comfortable and clean and the location was great. There was everything we need. Also, the host was amazing!

The location was great, everything is within walking distance. You have everything you need: a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom/living room. I really enjoyed my stay here, in the lovely city of Novi Sad.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good wifi, good air conditioner (I was there in July, so temperature outside 32°C or higher), central location. I would stay here again.
