Great central location, very large room and good facilities. I'd recommend staying here

It was a good quality rooom for the price.

- Location, very close to the harbour (few min walking) to take the boat for the floating market and also to the night market - Spacious room, well equipped (bathroom had big bottles of shampoo and shower gel), with also a small balcony

- In the description it is written they have bike rental but it is not true (they only have motorbikes) - Walls are a bit thin so you can hear some noise coming from other rooms/corridor

Nice and clean room with private bathroom. Strong air conditioning. Tv - with an Apple TV installed, in the room. Elevator available. We forgot something in our room and the owners were so kind that they send it to our new location in Saigon - 10/10 service!

The room was very nice (looks like it’s recently renovated), great value for money and good location.

Nothing really

Really well located and very good value. It is down a side alley so quiet too - but I am glad the Grab driver understood the address as I am not sure we would have found it. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

I am not sure how often they get western visitors or Booking.com reservations. The staff were almost unhelpful - direct, curt, doing the minimum. They would not organise or advise on any tours or transport. Fine for a one night brief stay.

Everything was great, staff arranged a motorbike on rent for us at dirt cheap price. Room is clean, big & no nuisance. Definitely liked the place. This isnt a paid review :)
