every thing , the coffee shop is the best

i asked to be in the second floor although it is empty and same price but the manager refuse and he put me in the fourth floor , no elevator

Location is perfect

room was dark, without real window. smells like a gas station. team was slick and not supportive at all. the place is spoiled by too many tourists. uzun göl is like a big entertainment park with noisy people.

Staff are pleasant and helpful. The location is very nice, close to the lake.

The small window in the toilet would not close and it gets cold inside. The room is small for what you pay. No fridge to keep your food, no water warmer to make tea/coffee.
