Walking distance to train station

Almost impossible to store luggage before check in because it is a self check in homestay where owner is not living there. I had informed owner via Line that I needed to store my luggage in the morning as I would join a day tour. But owner suggested to store luggage at the train station. I called owner at least 6 times via Line and texted at least twice after I arrived at the train station. But owner didn't answer my calls and replied message until I informed her I had stored my luggage in the living hall with the help of two other guests who were leaving the house. I would get stranded if I didn't meet the other guests and had to return to the train station to store my luggage. No explanation was given for not answeringy calls and replied message. I should had listened to the owner to store luggage at the train station so that I could just pick up the luggage after the day tour without checking into her homestay. The luggage storage cost should be lower than the homestay cost. The service of luggage storage should be removed from the listing if owner is not prepared to help.
