The room is in the basement of the building. If you’re looking to stay safe then this is the perfect place. I could have easily chosen a place with a view of the sea and a balcony and paid a little more for it but then you wake up in the middle of the night when air defense is active (my trip last summer was like this). Here I only heard air defence one night and the rest of the time it was quiet except noise from other guests. Staff were very pleasant and friendly for the most part. The location of the hotel is steps away from Potemkin stairs and the opera house is literally just down the street and Lanzheron Beach and Nemo is just a short 15 minute walk from the property. Going back to the staff they were helpful, I left my sandals at home and they helped me to find a store that carries sandals. Whenever I needed the trash taken out of the room or something cleaned they were very prompt and willing to do it. Bed is very comfortable, I stayed warm and whenever the room became too hot I could just turn on the air conditioning unit and it cooled it very quickly.

The staff of the hotel have a strange habit of cancelling the reservation presumably so you can’t leave a review. They claimed it was a problem with payment but I showed them that the payment was in fact deducted from my bank account. They did not prevent me from staying in the property they just cancelled it. If you want to extend your reservation they’ll ask you to make a new reservation altogether and then they cancel it as well hours later. Additionally there doesn’t seem to be someone supervising the property during quiet hours. There was a problem in which another guest was noisy (I was told it was because they were preparing to leave) at 4am and it was loud enough it woke me up but there was nobody at the desk at the time to handle it. When I asked to extend my reservation prior to this noise incident I was told the worker would arrive at 9am. Having someone present would be a good way of solving this problem.

Everything was good,clean, touristic points were nearby.

I was really surprised how nice, cute and comfortable the apartment is! Great location in the city center. I definitely recommend it!
