Very lovely place. Cozy nice room, close to the beach and cafes. Also very hospitable staff - they offer me upgraded room with no charge and also helped me to rent a scooter. Enjoyed my staying here :)

Location is 200 м from the beach. Room is suitable and clean. No bugs. Staff is frendly. A lot of cafe and shops around.

Unfortunately conditoner on Studia was not work correctly. Administrator change room, but on that room there was no kitchen facility.

I booked the family room because it was the only room available and am glad I did. My friends booked a standard room and did not have a window. Usually that is not that big of a problem, but even though the hotel claims to be non smoking, there was a horrible cigarette smell in both of our rooms. Luckily I had a window that I could open to try and clear the air and some essential oil. Apart from that, my room was large and bright and nicely decorated. I had two beds and one was super squeaky, so it woke me every time I turned in my sleep. The second bed was much better. Location is good, in a small quiet alley, and super close to the beach. Staff did only speak very little English, but we managed :) They arranged a taxi to and from the airport for me. There is an elevator and a water refill station in the lobby. I got fresh towels and small water bottles daily from housekeeping and appreciated the little fridge to store some food. Overall, still a very good hotel for the price.

Horrible cigarette smell on our floor and the rooms. The listing says you can pay with credit card, but that was not an option when I was there. I made them aware of this, but be prepared. They did accept USD dollars, though.

The receptionist (Mr. Pen) at the hotel was very very helpful in taking care of our needs from exchanging currency to getting bookings done for scuba diving in Nha Trang on a short notice. Our group loved our stay in Nha Trang at Shoho very much! Thank you!

One thing I felt out of place was that there were no locks in the bathrooms. I'm not sure if it's common in this region/hotels but our group wasn't used to it.

There was only an issue about hot water. Fortunately, the weather was fine so we felt good.

There is a hospitality stuff. The room was good furnished and clean. The wifi speed was about 26 Mb.
