There were roadworks on the street that were sooooo loud... but not the hotel's fault at all!

Whilst the property is listed as a 2 star hotel it is certainly owned and run by a 5 star couple. They were so friendly and accommodating with nothing being too much trouble, from our specific requests regarding our room requirements to suggesting and arranging local trips with transports both locally and when transferring to the airport for our return to England. If you are looking for a homely and comfortable stay in Da Lat then we couldn't recommend the petite Vespa Hotel highly enough.

The location is a bit far and the workers don't speak any English wich was a bit difficult

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is in a great location close to some lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The Hotel and our room were emaculately clean - we had fresh towels every day and free water. The room is spacious and beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The family are incredibly helpful - we arranged scooter rental through the hotel and the owner even personally called our Taxi company to check on pick up and ensure a smooth onward journey. Highly recommend staying here. Very good price too!

Nothing it was perfect

Very friendly and professional staff, clean room, good location and reasonable price. I highly recommend. Also, the laundry service is excellent as your clothes will come back with a very good smell (like the towels in the room).

Incredible value for money, staff are so friendly and helpful also. The shower is the best I have had in 5 months across Asia, highly recommend and in a great central location in Da lat near bye to lots of great eateries and the lake

I had a good time in Da Lat. Let’s talk about the hotel. The location is okay; it is not right in the city center but on the edge of the city center. Consider it easy to get around by Grab to your destination or explore the city on foot. The room is kept clean and tidy. The size is about right. I noted both domestic and foreign travelers stay in this hotel. Despite the name, nothing is really luxurious, but it does the hotel’s essential function. I like the mini fridge and no shortage of hot water. I see no AC in the room, only a fan. I visited during the winter. Obviously, it’s not an issue for me. While the hotel's “hard” products leave something to be desired, the highlight of this hotel is the owner. The owner of the hotel (the “soft” product) is a welcoming and friendly man. Even though he couldn’t speak English well, he communicated through Google Translate. That does not stop his warmth towards the guests. I found him to be a very pleasant person. His wife helped me with laundry. He has a great personality for hospitality. The price is cheap, though, I can’t complain about the affordable rate. I recommend it to budget travelers.

I find it hard to rest well in the room. The bed is very hard for me. I woke up a few times in the middle of the night. The soundproofing is almost nonexistent. I can hear the noise from the street, other guests in the corridor when they come in and leave, and the noise from the room next to me. If you are sound-sensitive, you might consider elsewhere. The room itself is very basic. It’s a small family-run accommodation. If you have the right expectations and don’t mind some noise. You might find the value. Also, my suggestion is to add hand soap in the restroom, which would be nice.

Very nice proprietor, gave us excellent recommendations for food, currency exchange, transportation. We returned each day to our room with a pleasant surprise of a snack and a very friendly welcome. Room with Juliette balcony good size, hotel near lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend.
