Nothing - it’s is a SCAM.

This property is a SCAM. We had a confirmed reservation for a check-in at 2pm. The property doesn’t include their street address in the listing. We requested check in details at 9am. They refused to provide their address and phoned us asking for fund transfer to their bank account via Zalo. We refused to make payment unless we have the accommodation details and would only want to communicate via the Booking.com messaging systems. They continued to call us and asked us to cancel the booking. As our booking is non cancellation, we said we can’t cancel and would like to check in as we had no where to go with 8 people waiting on the street! At 11am they messaged us to inform us that they have cancelled our booking, we had till 11:15am to make payment. We also found the same listing “available” on other platforms for the same date with higher price. This is a scam. Please don’t book or make any payment. We have raised a case with Booking team.

I recently stayed at this awesome villa and had a great time! The location is spot-on, right between two beaches, so you can easily walk to either one depending on what you’re in the mood for. There’s also a mountain nearby, which is perfect for an evening hike. The view of Vũng Tàu city from up there, especially during the evening, is absolutely gorgeous. The area outside the yard near the main gate can get a bit noisy, but once you’re up at the villa house, it’s really quiet and peaceful. It’s a nice escape from all the noise. There are a few food stores nearby if you want to grab some snacks or groceries, and there are also several good restaurants around if you don’t feel like cooking. A special mention must go to the manager, Ms. Sami, and the host, Mrs. Tram. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with all the necessary information and answering any questions we had. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home ❤️ Overall, this villa is a great spot to relax. Definitely recommend it!
