Everything was perfect. Except the two glitches below (which weren't that big a deal in the scheme of things)

3 minor things (we all have areas of improvement!): 1) There should be a better way to communicate the key pad code (there was a different code on the Booking app, and I was there trying to get in at 2am). 2) There was something off with the door handle that even after the correct key code it was slightly hard to unlock the door 3) There was a strong smell of air freshener in the room that I had to air out. I don't think that was needed.

Location is horrible, very bad neighborhood, the sofas were dirty and stained, the towels didn’t look clean too, the bedsheet and the comforters were not clean and not washed for new guests.

Its unbeatable location allowed us to easily explore the wonders of the Falls, from boat tours to scenic walks. With four cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a communal living area, we found comfort and convenience in every corner. Combined with the warm hospitality of the management team, our experience in this apartment was nothing short of extraordinary, making it a perfect choice for families seeking a memorable and convenient getaway near Niagara Falls. They provided us plenty of towels. It was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay! It was so spacious and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. The location was very convenient and quiet, and we parked right in front of the property. We will definitely be back.

The house itself is as described. cute decor.

The location was not ideal. My children felt unsafe and there were people watching us check-in and it felt very concerning.
