Honestly I have nothing good to say. The place was so terrible I didn’t stay the night and they do not offer refunds even if you only walked into the unit.

Can’t think of anything I liked

Everything it was dirty nothing like the picture on the internet last person had left some really nasty clothes under the bathroom sink and parking was very limited

Availability

No Hot Water. I did not stay here. Want a refund, went to front desk to request that. I was told I had to get in touch with booking .com. I couldn't wash my hands, no hot water upon arriving .

"Scam!!!"

Booking.com, worst experience I've ever had! It is a 'dump'! I have seen better places in the ghetto! We came to Galveston because of hurricane Beryl. We are from Houston; we spent over a 1/4th of a tank on gas, then $109.00 + taxes, which we have not been refunded as of this date. I refused to go around this large drum, let alone, stay overnight! We were 8-days without electricity; spoiled food. We are retired, we buy from the meat market once a month. When I saw this dump all I could do was curse and cry! Oh, did I mention they were without electricity also?! A huge drum in middle of doorway, for dripping water. Windows open, some with curtains others none. They knew when we booked through your company, and took our $$$, that they had no electricity! I am sooooo angry! I have reported them to the health department! Nothing at all.. everything was terrible about this place

The room was infested with roaches and we could not lay on the bed or shower .. bed had stains of unknown things on it I wish you could help me get the money back I spent so much on for a room I could not stay in .. I checked out before I could sleep there … hotel carried bacteria and decease and felt uncomfortable..
