價格便宜，離關山火車站很近，附近便利商店、吃的都有，沒附車位但路邊還算好停車，各樓層都有飲水機，房間以及房間內提供的用品都很乾淨。服務人員態度非常好，有問必答，很積極，有困難也都會幫忙解決。門禁管理非常好，平時非住客無法進入旅店空間。

因為是老房子，隔音不好，202房衛浴熱水過10幾分鐘才熱。除此之外沒有其他缺點了。
