Salle de bain : -Fonctionnelle mais pas digne d’un hôtel 4* - La planche du meuble bas du lavabo m’est tombé sur les pieds - Robinetterie usées, miroir également Chambre : Lits inconfortables, en restant allongée au même endroit, le matelas change de forme Nourriture : Bonne mais chère Pas de restaurants à côté le plus proche est au moins à 35 min à pieds Petit déjeuner : À notre premier jour, le chef ne s’est pas réveillé, alors que le service devait commencer à 7h30, nous avons prévu une activité à 8h donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner, cependant il reste bon, nous avons pu en profiter le 2 eme jour, fruits, omelette, viennoiseries, crêpes, jus, par contre le café est du café soluble, le nesspresso est en supplément. Personnel Sympa et gentil, n’hésite pas à venir proposer leurs services mais parfois insistants. La gérante quant à elle ne prends pas le temps de discuter avec ses clients

A beautiful resort-type hotel in a boutique style (small and private), which offers more than the others. The arrangement of the hotel's exterior with various types of fruit trees offers a glimpse into a part of the world that many tourists would not otherwise get to know. Passion fruit, bananas, mangoes, almonds, papayas and other species grow there. You can also use the private beach and sun loungers of the nearby hotel, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot, or if you take the provided shuttle a little further, you can enjoy the beauty of Muyuni beach (we liked this one better than Matemwe), in front of which sandbanks are also forming. You can also meet their beloved dog and cats at the accommodation. We used the very nice pool, sun loungers in the shadow of the trees and beach volleyball the most, but they offer several other things (e.g. bike rental, excursions) and board games. There are also many books to read if you don't have your own. The food (breakfast included or additional lunch/dinner offer) is excellent. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help.

L'hotel è stata una magnifica scoperta per noi da ogni punto di vista. Esteticamente il posto è obiettivamente bello, l'esterno è ben curato, c'è una piscina di discreta grandezza e lettini di varia forma e dimensione. Le stanze sono particolarmente gradevoli perchè sono spaziose oltre la media, pulite e molto confortevoli. Il personale e i prorietari sono persone eccezionali, sempre disponibili e cortesi. La proprietaria una cuoca magnifica e questo non è cosa da poco! qui c'è alta cucina e da italiana mi sento di raccomandarla fortemente, noi avevamo la formula mezza pensione e ci toccava sempre una colazione luculliana e una cena il cui menu ci veniva fato scegliere al mattino tra due opzioni. Le pietenze vengono impiattate con cura e spesso ornate, quando possibile, con fiori e foglie, una vera gioia per gli occhi :) Il personale l'ho trovato di altissimo livello, tutti molto educati, discreti ma presenti al momento del bisogno. Emmanuel, uno dei dipendente che cura un po' tutto e che spesso si trova alla reception, merita a mio avviso una mensione particolare perchè ci è stato sempre molto vicino con professionalità ed empatia.

Доброго дня, сейчас будет очень слащавый отзыв на отель, но, к счастью, супер-правдивый 🙂. Наше пребывание в отеле было самым замечательным за эти семь дней, концепция «Как дома» была подтверждена всем персоналом отеля и общей атмосферой. Кухня: завтраки и ужины здесь были потрясающими (завтрак составлялся из наших личных предпочтений, все наши пожелания были учтены и выполнены, это было вкусно и очень сытно, ужины- отдельный вид искусства, мы попробовали необычные вкусные и экзотические блюда) Чистота: Отель порадовал своей чистотой — номера просторные, светлые и аккуратно убраны. Всё было красиво и ухожено. Дополнительные услуги: Удобно, что отель выдавал чистые полотенца для пляжа. Лежаки у океана были бесплатными, очень удобно и комфортно. До океана пешком минут 10. В отеле также есть организация экскурсий, которыми мы успешно воспользовались и остались абсолютно довольны. Особенно запомнился снорклинг — он прошёл замечательно, особенно приятно было заниматься им в компании надёжных и знакомых людей. Территория отеля: Особенно понравилась огромная территория с бассейном и площадкой для волейбола, а также возможность поиграть в бадминтон и взять в прокат велосипеды для прогулок. Персонал: Персонал отеля очень внимательный и заботливый — они подмечают мелочи и всегда готовы прийти на помощь в любое время. Особенное впечатление оставил сотрудник Эмануэль, который спонтанно провёл для нас экскурсию по огромной территории отеля и показал прекрасный сад, окружающий территорию. Такой подход делает отдых особенно тёплым и запоминающимся. Также хотелось бы отметить Сулеймана — он очень внимателен к деталям и вежлив, интересовался, что мы хотим на завтрак и ужин, чтобы сделать наш отдых максимально комфортным. Время пребывания в отеле было очень замечательным — настолько комфортно и уютно, что не хотелось уезжать. Спасибо!

Комары и соленая вода в душе. С нейтрализацией комаров нам помогли. К воде привыкли довольно быстро.

Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality created such a comfortable atmosphere that we felt like part of the family. The food was absolutely delicious! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that great care went into both the taste and presentation. Breakfast, in particular, was a highlight—it offered a wide variety of options to suit every preference. From fresh fruits and baked goods to eggs cooked in multiple styles, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond to assist us—not only within the hotel but also with planning and booking activities outside. Whether we wanted to explore local attractions, try unique experiences, or simply find the best spots in the area, they were always ready to help with advice, reservations, and arrangements. Their local knowledge and support made our trip smooth and enjoyable. The outdoor amenities were just as impressive. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim, and the garden was beautifully maintained, adding a peaceful, natural charm to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality.
