STIL is a little design gem in the heart of Montagu! We really enjoyed the space and the art was a huge bonus too! Very well equipped and on a beautiful property just above the river. Lovely hosts .. will highly recommend!

Designed with love and care, a stunning property.

We loved everything about the property, from the location, the attention to detail in the entire home, the fire place that kept us warm, to the beautiful Anton Smit art pieces inside and outside the house. It was perfect!

STIL is perfectly set up for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. The house has every amenity we wanted and the setting and views were beautiful even though it was misty and rained during our stay. The town and best local restaurants are all within walking distance but the house feels like it’s out in the country! We can’t recommend a stay at STIL enough.

The bathroom doesn’t have a bath and the heated pool wasn’t quite warm enough for a long swim/soak.

The ART! For an Art enthusiast like me, I felt right at home (if not in heaven). The minimalistic interior and the heated pool makes this property such a wonderful home away from home. I love the privacy that comes with it. It gives Luxury without being too in your face, the Fijn Botanical products add to this and love that the establishment celebrates South African bands. The level of detail paid to the guests - the host made sure we had the basics covered. She provided things she thought we needed to continue life without the inconvenience of going to the stores and suggested activities, places to visit and eat out. I also loved that she texted before our arrival, kept in touch to see what we have our itinerary sorted. We also got a bottle of sparkling wine and a birthday note wishing us happy birthday ( my partner and I’s birthdays are days apart) and that made our stay even more special.
