Chef's Kitchen Pool Bright, Spacious 4 Bed

Loved everything pretty much. The house is beautiful. The pool was awesome! Please be aware that there are honey bees locally, maybe 4 seen. My 3 year old got stung while in the pool. Nothing a little mud didn't fix. The master bath is beautiful! Loved the dining room table with the lazy Susan in the center. The couch is super comfy, but there are a couple of stains where people have spilled on it. Which means people shouldn't be eating and drinking on it.

I get car sick, so the location was pretty rough for me with the winding roads. I also wasn't a fan of the trash over flowing in the trash can outside, though they can't control whether or not the guest uses the recycling bin (was empty) or not, house keeping could definitely address the issue. I fought with the remote for 40 minutes before my 15 yr old figured it out. Though, the host did respond fairly quickly when I reached out for help with it. And I do wish that they would have been more accommodating for an earlier check-in like we requested, but they weren't. Just want to point out that we didn't pay for the early check-in either, but we were an early check-out. Also, the doors need to be cleaned. You can see the dirt outline on pretty much every door in the house. The front entry door sticks and is separated at the top. This sometimes happens when a house settles. Stairs in the house, Step 4 going up is loose. Step 3 going down is loose. Both of which could become a safety hazard. The freezer pan was filthy, and someone left a beer in the fridge. This is my first time renting a home instead of a hotel/motel room. Your home overall was superb!

The location was in town but on the edge of town in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was very private with nice landscaping.

The bedroom off the living room had limited furniture and decor. The step down from entry to main level was easy to miss

great location - incredible house

several broken things - washer knob missing, towel rack missing/ broken, closet doors missing - seems like a work in progress.

Tall ceilings, lots of windows, nicely decorated.

Underneath the couches was pretty dusty and there was a sharp kitchen knife out on the patio. Some of the dishes baking pans were greasy not cleaned.
