Lovely home and hostess. Your party is the only one that is booked for the property, making it a quiet and private retreat. The breakfast and conversation was top notch! Highly recommended.

The mattress wasn't super comfy, but we both slept well.

We had the whole upstairs (which has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms) to ourselves, as she only accepts 1 booking at a time. Kathie cooked delicious hearty breakfasts to our tastes. She went out of her way to obtain fresh ingredients from local produce markets. Lots of touring tips and ideas. She provided fresh ice water each night with refrigerated beverages included.

Medford is located in the Rogue Valley and susceptible to the smoke from wildfires. This our activities in the area were restricted but our host gave us helpful tips.

Everything!!! The home was so beautifully decorated and inviting. Our host,Kathie, is lovely. Attentive,warm and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with care to every detail to be sure we had a wonderful visit. Looking forward to our next visit!

What a difficult question to answer! I guess the only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!
