"I'll never stay there again"

Lady who checked us in was nice

ZERO HOT WATER.! Had to park far from our room. Was told by a construction worker we couldn't park there that the parking was needed for the workers. Slamming doors all night. Was blocked in and couldn't leave until late.

Hotel was as described. It was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. No frills, but would definitely recommend for an overnight while traveling. Pet friendly with reasonable fee.

"Excellent resting spot for Western Oklahoma sightseeing"

You can tell that the motel management cares for the comfort of the guests. You can tell that the rooms have been recently renovated with fresh paint and new carpeting. The location was perfect for sightseeing at Black Mesa Nature Preserve / State Park and Comanche National Grassland. Both attractions are about 45 minutes from the motel. Black Mesa is the highest point in Oklahoma.
