We loved so much about the West Sedona Retreat. The location was perfect for exploring Sedona's natural beauty including the amazing view of Coffee Pot Rock and fantastic dark-sky views of the stars and the Milky Way. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee, tea and snacks in the kitchen. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you!

Excellent location. Quiet. Beautiful views. This house has three bedrooms. Two at one end of the home with a bathroom and a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom at the other end of the home. All three have patio doors to the back yard. Impeccably clean. Well maintained. Garage to keep car. Safe neighborhood with walking trails all around.

My wife and I booked this property for a recharge getaway and a break from the Phoenix heat. Everything about it was fantastic! - The neighboorhood is terrific - quiet, beautiful, and very walkable. We explored trails all within walking distance from the house, avoiding having to park at busy trailheads. - The views from the beautiful backyard are simply amazing! Enjoying coffee and breakfast on the patio with Coffee Pot Rock in the background and the calming sound of the backyard water feature was a highlight of our trip. - The house was exceptionally clean, with everything we needed for our trip. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and hanging out with a glass of wine. It was very nice having a garage - we drove very little during our stay. - Our host was fantastic - very communicative, providing everything we needed for a painless, relaxing trip (thank you, Anthony!). Check-in and check-out procedures were clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked the house again for next year!!

No complaints...at all!

Everything! 1. Location - Well-kept walkable peaceful neighborhood yet only 1 mile from good stores / restaurants. We enjoyed after dinner walk around the garden like neighborhood admiring all the flowers and bushes. 2. House -Wonderful house, very well-designed giving it a very spacious feel - large sunken living room, dining area and kitchen and all three bedrooms opened to a very large yard (nice trees / landscaping / small waterfall and unobstructed views of Coffee Pot Rock). Nicely decorated with very good furnishings. There were 3 senior couples in our group, and we felt plenty of space. This house has a "Zen" feeling. Sitting in the backyard, listening to the birds and waterfall at dawn or at night were magical moments for us. 3. Amenities - Everything were provided and everything worked. We truly appreciated the rack of complimentary Keurig coffee cups and all the kitchen extras. 4. Host - Communicate promptly. Anthony was kind to let us check in at 3:00 p.m., one hour early. Helped us settle in early.

The location in a quiet residential neighborhood in Sedona is excellent and the views of Coffee Pot Rock were spectacular. The layout and bright light of the house and the amenities are top notch. Having a garage, a well-stocked kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining table and comfortable island seating were perfect for our stay. The living room with views of the Red Rocks and a beautiful patio with a water feature made it even better. Do not hesitate to book this place!
