Bathroom wasn't clean enough

The breakfast was not okay. The utensils were old and not squeaky clean. The actual food was okay but the other facilities such as the breakfast table, seat and general setting were not amusing. This property should not be used as a hotel or lodge. It just doesn't meet the minimum standards.

First, the facility needs a serious face lift. From the gate, there is no legible sign to identify the place. The alarm system doesn't work, you have to hoot and the security guard comes. The actual place is not clean. The bathroom is in a terrible state.

The cleanliness, was welcomed by a dirty mop in the front. The walls at the entrance were not clean. The breakfast eating area is a NO !!! please

The reception was beyond poor. The lady did not even greet us and was not welcoming as she made no effort to guide us through the check in process until we asked. Further, we had made an additional booking the previous day on Booking.com which was confirmed with a ref number and PIN and came with an endorsement that payment could be made when on site. However, on arrival we were told that the confirmation was a mistake as they were fully booked. We had to find alternative accommodations for the lady on our team at 6pm. No effort made to try and rectify or any offer of compensation for the inconvenience.

Just the location and bed was confortable

I found a tissue on a toilet window that's so dusty and that turned me off . They must clean the window toilet tiles properly
