Красивый вид из окна, местоположение хорошее. 1 минута до станции метро.

Диван ужасный, разваленный. Так и не удалось его разложить. Спать на нем не возможно. Тоесть комфортно переночевать не удалось. Полотенца давно пора обновить.

On the positive side, this property was on the 25th floor with a great view. It was also sizeable, and so didn't feel crowded at all for 2 work colleagues sharing it. The main bed was comfortable, though the fold out couch was not great (said my colleague). The property's administrator was generally very responsive and helpful.

It's a property with a lot of potential that is poorly maintained. The wifi wasn't working and had to be reset the following day by the administrator. Also, the stovetop didn't work properly, even after an attempt by the maid to fix it. And in general, things are just run down. Cabinets open with great difficulty, there is almost nothing as far as pots, pans, etc. to go with the kitchenette. The carpet is torn in places and couch is stained. The AC/heating unit (only in the bedroom, so if you close the door it doesn't get to the living room) makes a loud clicking noise. You have to play with the fan angle and speed to get it to disappear. Again, if this apt. had a better manager/owner to take care of it and fix up these things, it could be a great option—but clearly it doesn't have that.
