Always love coming to this hotel. Comfortable beds, clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Contactless check in and check out great location.

The Tv is always so hard to get on

Room was good size nice recliner and good size bathroom. Beds firm and nice thick towels. Not fancy but very comfortable

I liked how easy it was to find and how close it was to a market and restaurants.

Everything was good

The room was not ready, I had to wait 30 min. Also there was a clear sign. Not smoking and right next door where 2 people smoking and talking for hours

Clean, with good amenities for this class of lodging.

We arrived at 18:30 on a Wednesday for a one-night stay. After a contactless check-in, we found the bulb for one of the two nightstand lamps burned out and messaged the property to ask for a replacement. They answered that they were off-site for the night and would replace it the next day. That didn't help us, so we asked if we could buy a bulb and deduct the cost from the pet fee we would be paying the next day. They answered that they preferred to use their existing supply of bulbs and we still had the other nightstand lamp and ceiling light. So after we had offered to fix the issue for them, their response amounted to polite words whose effective meaning was "quit whining that we're not delivering what we promised" - all to save the cost of one light bulb. Manager Rachel was very apologetic when we spoke to her the next morning, and to her credit she waived the entire $25 pet fee without us asking. But the damage was already done; we'd spent all night feeling like we were suckers who'd been treated as an inconvenience instead of as guests. Based on the condition and amenities of the room, a guest-friendly response on Wednesday night likely would have made this a 7 or 8 of 10 review (no higher due to lack of 24-hour on-site or on-call staff). Rachel's sincere effort to make amends after the fact was enough to avoid a lower score, but the failure on such a basic guest relations issue in the moment when it mattered most limited this to a 4 out of 10.
