KWللاسف حجزت عن طريق بوكنج وتم تأكيد الحجز وتفاجأت برد الموظف بعد الوصول بانه لاتوجد غرف وهذا دليل على عدم الاهتمام وعدم المصداقيه للاسف..
عدم المصداقيه في التعامل مع حجز الزبون حيث اني قدمت لهم الحجز ورقم الحجز وابلغني الموظف الاخ السوداني بانه لايوجد غرف وقال ممكن اساعدك بالغاء الحجز فقط..للاسف
