"Not a good stay. Although it was okay because the hotel was near baga beach"

Description provided at the time of booking was incorrect as told by the property owner. They didn't provide the room for 4 people (quadruple room with king size beds and all). They blamed booking.com for providing wrong description of the rooms and also the service was really bad. Only one staff and that too always unavailable. Didn't even provide us service at all.

Rude staff, unprofessional, rooms not same as provided in the description.

It was not at all a hotel room ! It was filled with cockroach and there was no receptionist and a guy came and collected our money gave our room keys and flown away ! Total crap
