"Be more welcoming from the gate"

I love the area where it's situated and how it looks in pictures and the fact that they extended my check out without any fee.

I didn't like the fact that I waited for like 5 to 10min outside waiting for them to open the gate for me after being dropped off by my Uber and it was at night already which is risky cause it's next to the bushes, and after they gate was opened for me I walk all the way up and didn't know which direction to go to and the entrance was dark and to a point I thought maybe I entered the wrong place and I could be kidnapped or something. When I got to the reception area again I waited for a few minutes before I met the host, I just thought I came to visit someone's house for the night cause the owner stayed right next door to my room.
