Totally not serious!!! 0 recommend!!! I’ve booked a room via Booking and got it confirmed. This morning on the day we should be checking in they call me to tell me they don’t serve breakfast,for which I said is fine and that we’ll go to a market to buy sth to eat. After that they say they will cancel our reservation if we don’t check in at 14:00. I’ve kindly explained that we’ll be arriving at 18:00 since we’ve already planned a sightseeing here in Brasov. They’ve told me that since we haven’t paid for the accommodation and they can’t charge us ‘cause we’re not Romanians - they will cancel our reservation. Of course they don’t even offer to make a payment via Booking (that is completely their fault, I would pay if I could). This is just absurd and it’s not the way to treat your guests. I’m very disappointed.

Great location, it's about 1.2 km from Bran Castle. Nice and responsive owner, who really cares about cleaning earlier in the morning of the territory, including pool, jacuzzi and BBQ zone! A separate child zone is also available in territory.🎉 Separate kitchen with all required utilities🍽️ located on the 1st floor is absolutely fitted for several families which might stay in the house 🏠 simultaneously. 2 big refrigerators 🍾(including ice) + coffee machine☕ are available. The cozy hall is equipped with a large TV, armchairs, sofa, tables with chairs for entertainment. In the room we found everything clean, including a small TV and refrigerator and nice view 🥰 from the balcony. Parking available on the territory. 2 Shopping Malls located in a few minutes driving by car 🚗. To make an underline, - we really enjoyed our stay! 😍
