Fantastic location, great layout of the living area and bedrooms. Particularly liked the long outside table at the back, the very well equipped kitchen and the indoor braai room. Very nice, large master bedroom and en suite bathroom and beautiful pool deck with amazing mountain views

Both bedside lamps in one of the downstairs bedrooms didn't work. There were very prominent marks on the wall in the large downstairs bedroom. The cushions for the chez lounges need an update. The house could benefit from a good stylist and some fresh fabrics and style choices

The location is fabulous, beautiful views, well appointed house, lots of space for having a big group together and communal eating/gathering areas. Good amenities in terms of activities, pool, table tennis, fuze ball and a lovely jungle gym/play area for the young ones.

There were no instructions on how to use the ovens & coffee machine which was frustrating and no guidance on how and when you were meant to sort the rubbish and put it out. Most high end rentals would have a 'guide' on these things as well as how to access the wifi etc. We found the wifi instructions written on a piece of cardboard on a cupboard. We also discovered maggots in the kitchen and we weren't leaving food out. There was no toiletries in the bathrooms so you had to buy your own shower gels and shampoos which i thought was poor for 'luxury' accommodation. Some of the outside lights weren't working which meant the outside steps were lethal, especially in the rain. The sheets were really poor quality and some of them had sticking plasters over rips in the sheets. There were also no clean sheets anywhere and if you're staying for more than a week it would have been nice to change them. There were also shelves missing from the fridge so you couldn't put tall milk/water bottles etc in the side of the fridge. If these things were improved it would be much improved luxury accommodation.
