Casa Moroșenilor - Breb

Unfortunately, without knowing about this place beforehand, we booked only one night here as part of our Maramureș tour. Looking back, we truly wish we had stayed longer. This is a truly unique place. The way the old traditional houses have been carefully restored, combining modern comforts with authentic historical charm while preserving the original furniture and countless traditional details, is simply impressive. During our stay, it genuinely felt as if we were guests in the home of "Mos Ștefan," a warm and welcoming local who had invited us to spend the night in his house. In reality, it was Marius and Andreea whose passion, dedication, and hard work have brought this wonderful project to life. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maramureș. It offers much more than accommodation—it is an authentic experience that lets you connect with the region's traditions without giving up modern comfort. We will definitely come back the next time we visit

Cazarea este deosebita, curatenia este impecabila iar personalul foarte prietenos. Se vede ca s-a pus suflet mult si proprietarii au fost atenti la detalii. Este o experienta in sine si recomand cu caldura.

The incredible hospitality expressed by everyone, the comfort, attention to details, the joyful atmosphere, the history of the place, the delicious food. A dream vacation, authentic, lovely.

I only regretted that we couldn't stay longer.

O experiență de neuitat, ce a inclus casa tradițională, mesele delicioase (și copioase), băuturile de casă, dar mai presus de toate ospitalitatea profundă și sinceră cu care am fost înconjurați din prima clipă până la plecare. Dl Marius și Dna Andreea, alături de ajutoarele lor, au avut grijă ca fiecare detaliu să fie așa cum trebuie, anticipându- ne chiar nevoile și dorințele. Au fost pentru noi câteva zile de vis, în care am putut explora întreg Maramureșul, să ne simțim bine înconjurați de dragoste, pricepere și magie.

It’s a really nice tradition house and you can see lots of traditional items. The house was really clean and well equipped. The owner offered us a lot of useful information about the history of the house and about Breb’s traditions. We really enjoyed it. And.. they offered us some traditional drinks.
