Comacina Villa

An amazing Villa with 3 floors (+ basement for car parking, Ping-Pong and sauna) where everyone can his own private space and together in the main floor. Very comfortable :-) Deby, was extremely friendly and helpful. She was a big bonus for the Villa.

We had a great stay at this villa. The space is very spacious and perfectly set up for hosting large groups without feeling crowded. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, always offering help or local guidance whenever we needed it. Even when a couple of minor issues popped up (as they sometimes do), the hosts took care of them immediately and efficiently. Overall, it's a fantastic place with a very reliable team behind it. Highly recommended!

We liked this villa a lot. It was clean. It had modern kitchen, large garage, hot tub, sauna and the ping pong. The view of the lake was amazing. The property manager, Maria, was the best. She was super responsive and always available to help. She also gave us welcome gifts upon arrival. That was a very nice touch.

The villa exceeded all our expectations and made our time in Italy truly unforgettable. The location of the villa is simply outstanding, with stunning views over the lake. The well-sized rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the terrace with its perfect view were just a few of the highlights. We particularly appreciated the elevator, which made it so much easier to bring up our luggage, as well as the refrigerator and oven that allowed us to prepare our own dinners when we wished. The outdoor barbecue area, jacuzzi, table tennis, and the sauna added to the overall experience and comfort. Additionally, the spacious parking area was very convenient, as we arrived with two cars and found ample space for both. Moreover, the villa's location allowed us to easily access the city of Como, and it served as an ideal base for exploring the northern parts of Italy. We were able to travel conveniently to various destinations, making our stay even more enjoyable I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway

A beautiful villa with a beautiful view! The rooms were very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and there was lots to do with a hot tub on the balcony and table tennis in the villa! The hosts were extremely accommodating and so helpful.

Everything was great!

The location is excellent, with free parking available and easy access to other destinations. The villa is spacious, featuring a large balcony with a beautiful view of the lake, making it an ideal choice for families or large groups. Special thanks to Maria for her wonderful recommendations on renting boats and Vespas. She was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Bathtubs are available for the rooms on the third floor, but there are no showers.

The Comacina Villa was wonderful. We stayed as a family of five and the kids absolutely loved the space. They couldn’t wait to get back to the “mansion” after a full day of exploring. The views were spectacular and the villa had everything we needed and more. We loved using the sauna and all the amenities. Thank you for a wonderful place.
